In any property development there are two key roles:

Development Manager; Usually a specialist that will facilitate a project from acquisition to development application approval.

Project Manager; Can be in the role of Development Manager or not but will always be involved in facilitating the project through to handover/title/sale.

Cube Building Design are not Development Managers or Project Managers. We work with several experts and if you need an introduction we would be happy to do so.
